Staying active doesn’t have to look like a workout.

Sometimes it’s walking barefoot on warm cement,

feet dirty, shoulders dropped,

finally breathing for the first time all day.

It’s not fancy.

It’s not curated.

But it’s real.

Movement that reminds my body:

“You’re safe. You’re grounded. You’re here.”

This is nervous system care
