You know I'm a 37-year-old single mom, and honestly, that’s a huge part of my daily adventure. Balancing motherhood with a full-time 9-5 job can be a whirlwind! There are days when I feel like I'm juggling a dozen things at once, from school runs to deadlines, but it's also incredibly rewarding. Being a mom has taught me so much about resilience and finding joy in the small moments. It's truly a journey of GIRL POWER! every single day, and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Living in the vibrant city of New Orleans, Louisiana, adds another layer of spice to my life. This city has such a unique culture, from the music to the food to the incredible community spirit. It's a place that constantly inspires me, and I love bringing a little bit of that NOLA charm into my posts whenever I can. It's not just a location on a map; it's home, and it shapes a lot of who I am and how I see the world. When I first started on Lemon8 around 2023, I was pretty shy. The idea of putting myself out there, sharing my thoughts and experiences, felt a bit daunting. But this platform, this incredible community, has genuinely helped me step out of my shell.
