I have alarms and timers (for takes so I don’t waste time) and if it’s not written down, it doesn’t happen. I do not look at my phone when I am doing things because it takes my brain away from what I am doing and the. Takes me at least 20 min to get back on my task. Your boss is smart. Thank you for sharing. I have been doagnosed with adhd for almost 30 years . So I have done a lot of therapy and found a lot of resources to help me . This is actually one of them . It works
