Home-made chick-fil-a chicken mini’s!! ♥️🐔

If you love Chick-fil-A chicken minis for breakfast, these are super quick and easy to make right at home. I buy all of my ingredients from Walmart for under $15. These are great for on the go and a quick breakfast. The steps below are what I do to make them.

1. Bake your rolls for around 8 minutes at 350° in the air fryer.

2. Cook your chicken bites in the air fryer for about 15 minutes at 375°

3. When the rolls are still hot, cover them in honey butter while your chicken is cooking.

4. Take out your chicken once it’s done cooking and put them in your rolls.

5. Enjoy 😊

... Read moreOh my goodness, who doesn't adore Chick-fil-A's chicken minis? They're an absolute staple for a quick, comforting breakfast. But let's be real, those trips can add up, and sometimes you just want that deliciousness without leaving the house. That's exactly why I started making them myself, and I promise you, it's a game-changer for busy mornings and saving a few bucks! When I first set out to recreate these little bites of heaven, I focused on finding the right ingredients. For the bread, the secret truly lies in a good quality yeast roll. While Chick-fil-A probably has their own proprietary recipe, I've found that soft, slightly sweet Hawaiian-style dinner rolls work wonders to replicate that signature taste. They toast up beautifully in the air fryer, getting just that right amount of warmth and fluffiness. Next up, the chicken! The beauty of this recipe is using fully cooked breaded chicken. You can opt for frozen chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken, or even pre-cooked chicken tenders that you can cut down to size. I usually grab a bag of crispy chicken bites from the frozen aisle; they're convenient and cook up perfectly in the air fryer, giving that lovely golden crunch without all the oil. Some people like to add a sprinkle of their favorite chicken seasoning before air frying to enhance the flavor even more – a little garlic powder and paprika can go a long way! And for the star of the show, the honey butter spread! The article mentions simply covering the hot rolls, but for an extra layer of flavor, sometimes I'll whip up a quick homemade version. Just melt a tablespoon or two of butter, stir in a teaspoon of honey, and brush it generously over those warm rolls. It really makes all the difference and brings out that classic Chick-fil-A sweetness. The pre-made honey butter spread from the store is also a fantastic shortcut if you're really pressed for time. Putting these together is so simple. Once your yeast rolls are warm and brushed with honey butter, and your chicken bites are crispy and hot, it's just a matter of assembling them. I love making a big batch and arranging them on a tray – it feels just like getting a Chick-fil-A chicken minis box! They’re not just for breakfast; these are fantastic for a brunch spread, a quick lunch, or even an easy dinner with a side salad. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can even add a tiny dab of Chick-fil-A sauce copycat recipe or a bit of hot sauce for an extra kick. The possibilities are endless! The best part? Making these at home means you can have that beloved taste whenever the craving strikes, and it’s incredibly budget-friendly. Plus, they’re perfect for meal prepping! You can air fry the chicken and rolls, assemble them, and then store them in an airtight container in the fridge. When you're ready for an on-the-go breakfast, just pop a few in the microwave or air fryer for a couple of minutes to warm them through. Trust me, once you try making these homemade Chick-fil-A chicken minis, you'll wonder why you didn't start sooner!
