it stopped.
it was finally happening. you shut down. and now it’s quiet.
In my personal journey with spirituality and shadow work, I've found that moments when everything stops—when the mind quiets and the usual noise fades away—are often the most powerful for deep healing and transformation. It’s like the universe pressing the pause button, allowing us to fully reset and reflect. This shutdown isn’t about giving up, but rather a necessary stillness to face and integrate the parts of ourselves we usually overlook. The quiet can feel daunting at first, almost like an emptiness, but it provides fertile ground for self-awareness to grow. During these times, I’ve noticed how tarot readings become more insightful, revealing hidden layers of the subconscious that demand attention. I've also experienced that engaging in shadow work during these quiet phases creates space for healing old wounds. When the external distractions cease, the inner world becomes clearer, making spiritual practices more impactful. Practices like meditation or journaling during this shutdown phase help to gently uncover and accept suppressed emotions. Therefore, embracing moments of stopping and silence is a vital aspect of my healing journey. It reminds me that healing is rarely linear—it requires patience, compassion, and sometimes, simply allowing myself to shut down so that I can eventually emerge stronger and more self-aware.
