A mí no me faltó nada.

When you feel that someone you care about treats you as replaceable or searches for others despite your presence, it’s natural to question your own worth. Questions like "Am I not beautiful enough?" or "Is something wrong with me?" often arise. However, these doubts reflect more about the other person’s limitations than your value. It’s important to understand that self-worth is not dependent on another’s approval. Feeling insufficient or unworthy isn’t a reflection of who you really are but rather how someone else chooses to see you. The healing process begins when you start recognizing your own beauty, inside and out, and learn to appreciate your unique qualities – be it your smile, your laughter, or your strength. Looking in the mirror and seeing a more complete and confident self is a powerful step toward recovery. It teaches you that happiness isn’t granted by anyone else but comes from embracing yourself fully. No need to try harder or change who you are to be "enough". The real problem is often being with someone who doesn’t know or value what they have. Life sometimes removes us from situations that stunt our growth or don’t allow our spirit to flourish. This removal is not a loss but a gift: it opens up the path to new opportunities and healthier relationships. When a relationship ends, it’s a sign that the timing, place, or person wasn’t right for you. Finding self-love after heartbreak equips you with resilience and a deeper understanding of your needs. It shows that the most valuable love is the one you give yourself. This self-love empowers you to move forward with hope and confidence, ready to embrace happiness on your own terms.
