Nah! tampoco/nomas leelo

... Read moreThe raw emotion in the original piece truly hit home for me, and I bet it resonates with so many of you too. It’s a powerful reminder that sometimes, the most cutting truths are shouted from the heart. The author’s passionate words about "the liar" and who the real "fool" is, really made me reflect on my own journey. We've all been there, or know someone who has, where you've poured your heart into a relationship, only to have your love and dedication twisted and devalued. What does it truly mean to be with "the liar," or as the article so boldly puts it, the "pendejo" in a relationship? It's often not just about blatant falsehoods, though those are certainly part of it. It’s the insidious emotional manipulation, the constant gaslighting that makes you question your own sanity, the subtle criticisms that slowly chip away at your self-worth until you barely recognize yourself. He might promise the world, build you up, only to tear you down with insults and blame when things don't go his way. You start to feel like you're walking on eggshells, always trying to anticipate his moods, always hoping for the "old him" to return. The article perfectly captures that feeling of being called "foolish" for giving love, when in reality, the true foolishness lies with the one who cannot appreciate or reciprocate it genuinely. They are el embustero. I remember a time when I felt so confused, constantly questioning my feelings and reactions because he was so skilled at twisting every situation. He’d make me feel like I was overly sensitive, too emotional, or just plain *wrong*, simply for expressing my needs. It’s a tactic of "the liar" – to make you doubt your own reality, so you become easier to control. But as the author points out, we are not "fools" for loving deeply and openly; the deceiver is the one who is truly lost, incapable of seeing beyond their own ego and desires. They are the ones who are blind to the genuine treasure they have. Sometimes, seeing things clearly is like looking at a beautiful black and white photo. All the distracting colors fade away, and you're left with the stark, undeniable truth – the contrasts, the light, the shadows. That evocative image of a woman, perhaps with her eyes closed in serene self-reflection or deep contemplation, reminds me of the moment when we finally gain clarity. We shed the illusions we've been clinging to, and the stark reality of the situation becomes undeniable. When you’re caught in the whirlwind of a confusing or toxic relationship, it often feels like a blur of overwhelming emotions and conflicting signals. But then, a moment of insight, a conversation with a friend, or an article like this, can suddenly bring everything into sharp focus, transforming the chaos into a clear, albeit sometimes painful, black and white picture. Reclaiming your narrative after being with "the liar" is a journey, but it’s one of the most empowering things you can do. It starts with trusting your gut feeling – that little voice inside that tells you something isn't right. Talk to trusted friends or family, journal your thoughts, or consider seeking professional help to untangle the web of confusion. Setting firm boundaries is crucial, and understanding that you deserve genuine love and respect, not just empty promises or veiled insults. It's about recognizing your immense worth, independent of anyone else's validation. Healing isn't linear, but each step away from deception is a step towards yourself. Just like that woman captured in a black and white photo, strong and serene even with her eyes closed, you possess an incredible inner resilience. Don't let anyone diminish your capacity for love by calling you "foolish." The real strength lies in ultimately recognizing "the liar" for who they are and choosing to prioritize your own well-being and happiness. It's about opening your eyes, seeing the truth in black and white, and walking away with your dignity intact, ready for a love that truly honors you.
