私が「長さが出るマスカラ」を選ぶときに一番見てるのは、“繊維の有無”よりも「1回目でスッと伸びて、2回目で先端だけ足せるか」です。ロングマスカラって、重ね方を間違えると一気にダマになったり、束っぽくなったりするので、比較するときは塗り方もセットで決めておくと分かりやすいです。 私のやり方はこんな感じ。 1) まずは根元にドンと置かず、まつげの“中間〜毛先”から薄くひと塗り 2) 乾く前に、ブラシを左右に小刻みに揺らしながら根元へ（ボリュームを出すというより、液を均一にするイメージ） 3) ロング感を出したい日は、最後に毛先だけを「ブラシの先端」でちょんちょん付け足す この「先端だけ足す」ができるマスカラは、重ねても重ねてもダマになりにくくて、結果的にセパレートロングに仕上がりやすいです。 塗りやすいマスカラかどうかは、私はブラシの形で判断しがち。細めブラシ（スキニー系）は、短いまつげ・目尻・下まつげの“取りこぼし”が減って、失敗しにくいです。逆に、液がたっぷり付く大きめブラシは、急いでる日に一気に盛れるけど、まぶたに付きやすい人は要注意。私みたいにロング派でセパレート重視なら、「ブラシが小さめ」「しごきやすい容器」「液が重すぎない」この3つが当たり率高めです。 ロングマスカラ比較で意外と差が出るのが“乾くスピード”。乾きが早いタイプは時短で塗りやすい反面、ボトルの中も乾きやすくて後半パサつきを感じることがあります。私はパサつきを感じたら、無理に重ねず「1回薄く＋別日に使い切る」くらいの感覚にしてます（ダマの原因になりやすいので）。 あと、お湯落ち派でも、ロング＆セパレートを狙うならマスカラリムーバーを常備すると世界が変わります。落ちにくいタイプも選択肢に入るし、こすらないで落とせるとまつげの負担が減って、結果的にロング仕上げが映えるまつげが育つ感じ。私はポイントリムーバーをなじませてから、ぬるま湯→洗顔の順にしてます。 最後に、セパレートを安定させたい日の小技。塗り終わった直後に、何も付いてないスクリューブラシ（眉用でもOK）で毛先だけ軽くとかすと、ダマにならない“ふわっとロング”が作りやすいです。特に下まつげはこれやるだけで一気にきれいに見えるので、よかったら試してみてください。
