CLASS OF 26’ hoco jeans & mum

After seeing so many amazing custom Homecoming outfits online, I decided this year, my senior year, was the time to truly make my mark! Using a cutting mat for any stencil work or precise lines can really help achieve crisp designs. Now, onto the mum! For those unfamiliar, a Homecoming mum is a Texas tradition, but the idea of a custom accessory can be adapted anywhere. Mine was an elaborate red, white, and blue creation. The key to a fantastic mum is layering. Don't shy away from using lots of ribbons in different textures and widths. Glitter is a must for that sparkle! I found that hot glue was my best friend for attaching everything securely. Charms are another fantastic way to tie into your theme.
