I refuse to apologize for things I say nearing fireworks 🫢
Anyone who’s been to DisneyWorld with kids knows the magic comes with its share of exhaustion. The OCR content perfectly sums up the struggle: "POV: YOU'VE BEEN UP FOR 12 HOURS AND BEDTIME WAS 3 HOURS AGO." After walking miles, standing in endless queues, and keeping the kids entertained, it’s normal for even the most patient parents to speak their minds a little more freely—especially nearing the nightly fireworks. From personal experience, embracing the chaos rather than fighting it made the day more enjoyable. I found that preparing for delayed bedtimes by packing extra snacks, keeping energy-boosting treats handy, and setting expectations with the kids early in the day helped a lot. Also, finding little moments to sit down and hydrate made a big difference in stamina. The fireworks show tends to bring out emotions—joy, fatigue, and sometimes a bit of frustration. It’s important to remember that feeling "Disney tired" is common, and not something to apologize for. It’s just part of the adventure. Sharing these honest moments with other parents makes the experience relatable and less stressful, turning a tiring day into treasured memories worth every sleepless hour.
