Many users experience soreness in their pinky or other fingers due to the grip required to hold the device securely. To alleviate this, consider using ergonomic phone cases that provide better grip and reduce strain on your fingers. Additionally, practicing mindful phone usage can help mitigate discomfort. Try switching hands or taking breaks to rest your fingers. If you often find yourself in situations where you have to hold your phone for extended times, using a pop socket or a similar accessory can provide extra support and comfort. You might also want to explore hands-free options, such as using voice commands or a phone stand, to reduce the need to grip your phone entirely. By making small adjustments to how you hold your phone, you can enhance your comfort and decrease the likelihood of soreness over time. I have a little magnetic hoop on the back of my phone to help with holding it and also my hands are kinda small so it’s easier to manage haha

I don’t have a bent pinky but I hold my phone in my left hand and my hand gets sore and goes numb too. Using a loop on the back helps though.
