Summertime What I Eat in a Day 🦪
What did you eat today? 🪻🥐🥒
Eating gluten free doesn’t have to be boring, just buy yourself a bunny shaped waffle maker and all your problems will be solved. ☺️😂
This is a pretty average day food-wise for me. Though sometimes I eat leftovers, cereal, or oatmeal for breakfast, and I MOSTLY eat pasta for dinner. But the lunch is spot on. I eat rice probably way more than I should lol
I wish I would’ve taken pictures of my drinks too. I try to make myself at least one “fancy drink” per day, whether that’s a latte or hot cocoa, or even juice or a smoothie. Making a specialty drink is just a little self care routine that I really enjoy! 🌼
p.s. i didn’t eat the succulent btw, i just thought it looked pretty for the picture. pls don’t eat cacti 🙃

Eating gluten-free can be a delightful experience rather than a restrictive one. On a typical summer day, my meals include creative options like bunny-shaped waffles, which add a fun twist to breakfast. For lunch, I enjoy a refreshing Spicy Crab Hand Roll Sushi, which not only satisfies cravings but also brings a taste of the ocean to my palate. Dinner usually revolves around my love for pasta, allowing for variations that keep the meal interesting while accommodating my dietary needs. Incorporating colorful sides, like fresh cucumbers or vibrant salads, is a great way to elevate meals and ensure nutritional balance. Don't forget to indulge in a fancy drink to enhance self-care routines! A homemade latte or fresh smoothie can be the highlight of your day. Experimenting with unique flavor combinations in beverages can also keep the spirit of summer alive. Lastly, remember, the joy of eating gluten-free lies in creativity. Finding new recipes and experimenting with ingredients will keep your meals exciting and flavorful throughout the season.
