Don’t Limit God Don’t Limit You

I pray this helps somebody.

God is all knowing omniscient and omnipresent and yet we tend to limit Him and also limit ourselves. When we should know that as long as we accepted Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior we can literally do anything through Christ who strengthens us.

Get in that secret place and let God speak to you about where He wants to take you, what He wants to do through you. Give Him room to guide you!

As long as He is in the drivers seat, he can take you anywhere. Amen?!

I remember a time when I felt completely overwhelmed, like I was hitting a wall in every area of my life. It felt like I was trying to craft a future out of thin air, and my own strength just wasn't enough. I kept asking, 'God, why am I struggling so much?' I was so focused on the 'trail elements' of my difficulties that I forgot the limitless power available to me. Then I started digging into scriptures, especially those talking about God's provision and power. It brought to mind that phrase, 'verily, with hardship comes ease.' It's not about avoiding challenges, but knowing that even in the toughest times, God sees us and is working. I realized I was putting limits on what God could do through me because I was so focused on my own perceived limitations. The idea that 'if God is limitless, why would you limit you?' hit me hard. It was a wake-up call to stop shrinking my vision to fit my circumstances and instead, expand my faith to match God's capacity. I think many of us often pray for things, but deep down, we don't fully believe God will provide, or that He can truly turn a 'barren' situation into something fruitful. But the Bible is full of promises like 'My God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.' (Philippians 4:19). This isn't just about financial provision; it's about wisdom for decisions, strength for endurance, opportunities for growth, and inner peace when you're feeling overwhelmed. It's about remembering that 'God is my strength,' as one of my favorite verses reminds me, especially when I feel weakest. Embracing the idea that Jesus enables strength, unlimited success (JESUS acronym) has been transformative for me. It's not about worldly success as defined by society, but about achieving God's divine purposes for your life, which are always greater and more fulfilling than anything we could imagine. When we put Him in the driver's seat, as the original post says, He can truly take us anywhere, even places we never thought possible. This 'divine enlargement' isn't just about growing bigger; it's about growing deeper in faith, expanding our capacity to love, serve, and impact the world around us. It's about letting God work through you to create something amazing, something lasting, like a master craftsman. It’s a journey of constantly reminding myself not to impose my small vision on His infinite capabilities. Every day, I try to lean into the truth that with Him, everything is possible, limitless when I open my mind and heart to His leading. So, if you're feeling limited today, I encourage you to pause, pray, and remember: God is truly limitless, and so is your potential in Him.
