One year from now, how are you?

Sunday is often a quieter day.

Before a new week begins, I like to ask myself one question:

A year from now, what would I like to thank myself for?

Learning something new?

Building another source of income?

Having more time with the people who matter most?

We can't change yesterday, but we can decide what we start today.

Wishing everyone a meaningful and blessed Sunday. 🌿

By asking ourselves what we will thank ourselves for a year from now, we can align our actions today with our future aspirations. For me, setting small, consistent goals has been transformative. I started dedicating just 15 minutes a day to learning new topics, which cumulatively built my confidence and skills over months. Additionally, considering financial goals like building another source of income is empowering. It encourages proactive steps such as exploring freelance work, investing, or side businesses. Focusing on relationships is equally important — scheduling regular quality time with family and friends strengthens bonds and brings lasting joy. Remember, while we cannot rewrite the past, choosing intentional actions now creates a rewarding future. A simple practice is journaling your weekly intentions every Sunday morning. Over time, this habit cultivates mindfulness, growth, and gratitude. So, brew a comforting cup of coffee, take a moment of quiet, and ask yourself: "One year from now, what will I thank myself for?" Embrace that vision and take your first steps today.
