I'm absolutely buzzing to share my latest book haul with you all! After months of seeing it pop up on my feed, hearing rave reviews, and adding it to my never-ending wishlist, I finally caved and bought the entire Twisted series box set by Ana Huang! Seriously, my excitement levels are through the roof right now. There's something incredibly satisfying about getting a new, plastic-wrapped boxed set. The anticipation of peeling off that plastic and revealing the pristine books inside is just *chef's kiss*. This set includes all four books: Twisted Love, Twisted Games, Twisted Hate, and Twisted Lies. Each cover is stunning, and seeing them all together like this makes me even more eager to get started. For those unfamiliar, the Twisted series has taken the book world by storm, especially on platforms like TikTok. It's a contemporary romance series known for its captivating plots, intense chemistry, and often, a touch of dark romance. I've heard so many good things about the interconnected stories and the alpha male leads, so I have high hopes for a truly immersive reading experience. Let's talk about the books individually for a minute, just based on what I've heard and the vibes I'm getting. First up is Twisted Love, which apparently kicks off with a bodyguard romance featuring Ava Chen and Alex Volkov. Then we have Twisted Games, focusing on Princess Bridget von Ascheberg and her stoic bodyguard, Rhys Larsen. Next in line is Twisted Hate, a classic enemies-to-lovers trope between Jules Ambrose and Josh Chen, which I'm particularly excited about. And finally, rounding out the set is Twisted Lies, featuring a fake-dating scenario with Stella Alonso and Christian Harper. Each book promises a different dynamic and unique challenges for the couples, which is exactly what I love in a series. I'm really looking forward to getting lost in these stories.
