French press, Nespresso, and even some instant coffee for emergencies. I go through phases of which type of coffee I want (from the beans to the machine) but today I’m introducing a new method: the moka pot. I have used a moka pot many, many years ago before I became a coffee snob and wasn’t thrilled. This was a time when I drank more creamer than coffee. Moka pot coffee is a very concentrated coffee (think somewhere between espresso and French press) final verdict: I prefer this method to make iced lattes or other fancier coffee drinks like yesterdays dirty chai.
