This was such a great read!! We're introduced to Hadrian Marlow who is recounting events in his life that ultimately led to him, basically, killing the sun. Sci-fi at its best, though in this book you don't have those epic space battles, but there is definitely enough politics to go around. This is a great book to set the foundation of where the series will be going. It can be slow at times, and side characters aren't really too developed, but the story is so intriguing it makes you want to keep going to see what will happen next. Can't wait to see where the rest of the series will take me! Happy reading friends! 🖤
