how i have glowy skin dealing w college stress💆🏻♀️💆🏻♀️
i never really struggled with my skin until junior year of highschool, and since then it’s been tough trying to create a skincare routine that totally agrees with my skin and gives me the results i’m looking for. my skin has been loving my current routine , and i wanted to share because usually stress causes me to breakout like crazy , but this routine has kept my college stress pimples to a minimum. my secret is to KEEP IT SIMPLE during the day. my morning skincare routine is insanely basic (cleanser, toner, moisturizer) and i find my makeup looks the best and my skin doesn’t feel too oily by the afternoon (which is the worst feeling in the world). at night i go more in depth with oils and serums , and every few weeks ill do my fav mask from the ordinary!

Maintaining a healthy skincare routine can be challenging, especially for college students juggling academic pressures. Stress often leads to skin problems, but incorporating effective products can make a significant difference. The La Roche-Posay Purifying Foaming Cleanser is ideal for normal to oily skin, effectively removing impurities without stripping the skin's natural moisture. The Byoma Hydrating Toner adds hydration with its barrier-boosting ingredients, while the Naturium Liquid Exfoliant, containing 2% salicylic acid, helps to gently exfoliate, reducing the likelihood of breakouts. Consider incorporating treatments like Tretinoin and The Ordinary's Salicylic Acid Solution in your nighttime routine for targeted action against acne. Additionally, a monthly mask, such as The Ordinary AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution, can revitalize your skin and enhance texture. Remember, the key to glowing skin is consistency in your routine and choosing products that suit your skin type. By keeping your regimen simple and effective, you can tackle college stress without compromising your skincare goals.
