うちの子も「惑星ってなあに？」からスタートで、太陽系は“見えない・大きすぎる”せいで、図鑑を見てもピンと来ていませんでした。そこで、レジンで惑星を作って手のひらサイズにすると、一気に興味が伸びました。完成品を並べて遊ぶだけで「水星がいちばん太陽に近いんだよね？」みたいに、順番の会話が自然に出てきます。【子ども向けに続けやすくするコツ】・最初は「5個だけ」作る：水星〜火星（＋月）くらいまでにすると、短時間で達成感が出ます。慣れてきたら木星・土星…と増やすと挫折しにくいです。・黒い台紙に貼って“太陽系図”に：台紙に太陽の絵を描いて、内側から外側へ惑星を貼るだけで、太陽系子供向けのポスターになります。順番を覚えやすく、見返しにも便利でした。・「大きさ」は無理に再現しない：シールの大きさが均一だと、スケール感は再現できません。でも低学年の導入は“名前と位置関係”が分かれば十分。高学年で大きさ・公転周期を習う時にスムーズに入れます。【レジン惑星がきれいにできる小ワザ】・気泡対策：レジンを入れたら一呼吸置いて、つまようじで気泡を端に寄せると透明感が上がりました。・シールの位置調整：ピンセットで中央に置いてから、上から少しレジンを足すと浮きにくいです。・硬化は“薄く→しっかり”：一気に厚くすると硬化ムラが出やすいので、薄く入れて硬化→追加して硬化の2回が安心。【安全面（大事）】換気しながら、硬化前のレジンは素手で触らず手袋を使い、ライト操作も大人が一緒に。においが気になる日は短時間で切り上げるのがおすすめです。【色変わり・ごま模様っぽく見せたい時】惑星っぽい“まだら”を出したい時は、濃淡2色を完全に混ぜ切らず、スッと1〜2回だけ混ぜると模様が残りやすいです（混ぜすぎると単色になります）。完成したら「どれが木星みたい？」「土星の輪はどうする？」とクイズにすると、遊びながら学べました。
