I Went to the Bronx Zoo to Find a Stressed Lemur
Today’s adventure was a little different. I took Ring Tail Raffi Mindfulness in Madagascar with me to the Bronx Zoo and went on a mission to find one very stressed lemur named Raffi.
Along the way I asked statues for directions, questioned a snake, trusted a moth for advice (please do not try that), panicked at the fossa exhibit, and finally found the owl who teaches Raffi how to slow down and breathe.
This book is such a gentle reminder about worries, courage, and finding your calm when everything feels a little scary. It felt perfect to read it in a place that is both wild and peaceful at the same time.
