Not Sure Where To Look For A Internship🥺🤔🚨

hello lemons 🍋,

As a uni student in my final year, it is important to look for internships to make our resume more attractive to increase our rate of employment after we graduate! 🎓 As a private uni student studying 📖 in SIM , I do know that it is possible for us to do some internship when we are still schooling 📕 because our timetable is quite flexible since we got to choose our class slots! 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

However, it can be hard to find flexible internships since we are not able to do the regular 9am to 5pm 🕔 internships everyday for 6 🤙 months since we have to attend classes! 👩‍🏫🧑‍🏫Luckily🙏 , I manage to find these internships channels on telegram📱that provides internships that are relatively shorter like 1☝️to 2✌️months as compared to regular ones so that we can still do some internships during the semester breaks 👀! Some of the internships are also more time flexible and only need interns 👧👦 who are able to work maybe 2 to 3 days a week! Some of the internships are looking open for poly students. 🧑‍💻👩‍💻

... Read moreFinding the right internship while balancing university classes can be challenging, especially when your timetable is packed or unconventional. Based on my experience, exploring internship opportunities through dedicated Telegram channels was a game-changer. These channels regularly post internships that require only 2 to 3 days per week or have duration as short as 1 to 2 months, which is ideal for students who can't commit to traditional 9-to-5, six-month roles. One advantage of these Telegram groups is that they aggregate listings specifically tailored for students in Singapore, including private universities like SIM and polytechnic students. This means you can access a curated pool of internships that understand academic commitments. Besides the links shared in the article, I also recommend regularly checking platforms like MyCareersFuture, which often features flexible internship openings in fields such as IT and marketing. Additionally, some internships focus on hands-on experience rather than lengthy durations, which can enrich your resume and enable you to share impactful stories during job interviews. When searching, keep in mind the nature of your course and career goals. Use keywords related to your industry along with "Singapore internships" in apps and websites to find relevant opportunities. Don't hesitate to reach out to previous interns or seniors who might guide you to lesser-known channels or roles, as peer recommendations can be very valuable. Overall, flexibility and timing are key. Using tools like Telegram internship channels combined with traditional job portals helps ensure you don't miss out on great, time-friendly internships that can boost your employability after graduation.
