First off, what does 'healthy energy drink' even mean? For me, it boils down to a few key factors. I always look for drinks with 0 SUGAR. High sugar content in traditional energy drinks leads to those awful crashes and isn't good for long-term health. Instead, I prefer natural sweeteners if any, or better yet, no sweeteners at all. Another big one is the source of caffeine. Natural caffeine from green tea or coffee is usually a smoother, more sustained energy boost compared to synthetic high doses. But what really elevates a healthy energy drink in my book are adaptogens.
