Books I’ve read this week 📚🤓📖
✨ Here are the books I managed to read this week! 📚✨ Balancing a full-time job and school means my reading varies depending on how busy I am. Just remember, these are my personal ratings—you might agree or disagree! 💖
I also rated the “spiciness” level (in my opinion), but always check trigger warnings and read the summaries of any books you’re interested in, especially if you’re sensitive to certain topics. 🌸 I enjoyed them all, and since my life is pretty hectic, if a book doesn’t engage me, I simply won’t finish it. So, you probably won’t see a book with a bad review from me! 🌼
The only book I want to give a heads-up about is “Under Your Scars” by Ariel N. Anderson. I can’t say much without spoilers, but wow! 😳 This book kept me on my toes. After finishing it, I was left staring at a wall for hours, feeling empty, betrayed, and kind of angry. 😩 If you love a rollercoaster of emotions, this is for you! 🎢 However, if you’re looking for a spicy “feel-good” read, this isn’t it.
Again, I can’t share too much without revealing spoilers, but this book is unlike any other dark romance I’ve read—it was super unexpected! 💔
Happy reading! 📖💕

If you're a book lover looking for your next read, this week I explored various genres and shared my thoughts on some intriguing titles. One standout was 'Under Your Scars' by Ariel N. Anderson, a dark romance that promises an emotional journey full of unexpected twists. This book has garnered attention for its depth, leaving readers with lingering feelings after turning the last page. In addition to Anderson's novel, I also dove into other bestsellers. 'Little Secrets' by Jennifer Hillier is another must-read, exploring the complexities of relationships and secrets that can unearth buried emotions. Meanwhile, 'The Perfect Child' by Lucinda Berry offers a thrilling psychological twist that keeps you guessing. And for those looking for a balance of complexity and engagement, Penelope Douglas's 'Five Brothers' showcases gripping storytelling. It’s essential to consider spice levels and reader sensitivities when exploring new books, as not every read fits all preferences. With my ratings, you'll find engaging stories that have resonated with me during a busy week. I aim to recommend books that not only captivate but also provide meaningful insights, ensuring that each reader can find something suitable for their taste. Happy reading adventures ahead!
