Okay so . I have been going to the gym since May 2023 and despite me not being consistent during the cold months I am proud of myself.

I remained motivated and focused enough for me to get back into shape. I didn’t allow mental to take hold of my capabilities to stop me from wanting to be a healthier person.

I was nervous at first going back but once I gained my momentum I was ready for the next day.
