Body Positivity

Hey Ladies ,

Let talk FULL FIGURE FITNESS!

Here is a little back story 💜 I stated my fitness journey in May 2023 . The reason being is I am an advocate for women who are dealing with PCOS / Endometriosis/ Fibroids and Hydrosalphinx ( Blocked Fallopian Tubes) . In my 20s I was diagnosed with Endometriosis/ Fibroids and Hydrosalphinx which cause complications for conception. However , through it all I tried to remain calm and trust in God.

Well in my early 30’s I had both my tubes removed because they were not working properly 😮‍💨 I wasn’t sad nor upset . I was actually relieved 😌 fast Forever my IVF doctor told me I needed to drop down to a certain weight in order to be able to go through the procedure.

Through air all I have found out that working out has been my safe haven and release of stress . I’ve come to enjoy my body despite everything else and I love shopping 🛍️ for new clothes . I’m discouraged I am empowered by know that if I can continue my lifestyle without focusing on the cons there is nothing I can’t do.

“ I can do all things through Christ who gives you strength “ ( Philippians 4:13)

... Read moreBody positivity is not just a trend; it's a movement that empowers individuals to love their bodies, regardless of shape or size. Many women face challenges such as PCOS, Endometriosis, or other health issues that can affect their self-image and fitness journey. Research indicates that regular exercise can provide significant benefits for women dealing with these conditions. Exercise helps regulate hormones, alleviate symptoms, and support emotional well-being through the release of endorphins. Moreover, finding a community can enhance your journey; joining support groups or partnering with friends can create a motivating environment. It’s also essential to approach fitness with love for oneself, rather than focusing solely on weight loss. By adopting a holistic approach that includes mental health, community support, and celebration of small victories, individuals can create a sustainable lifestyle that encourages self-acceptance and healthy habits. Ultimately, the journey towards body positivity is personal and unique to everyone. By sharing experiences and encouraging one another, we pave the way for a supportive culture that upholds the value of all bodies. So, embrace your journey and remember, as Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ who gives you strength.”
