I went from going everything day of the week to cold turkey in 2 month. Oh let’s not talk about what I been eating 🤦🏽♀️🥺 !! I am determined to get my body back to working out and building my momentum back.

Getting back to the gym after a long hiatus can be challenging. It's essential to understand that many people face similar obstacles when life gets in the way of fitness. The key is to set achievable goals and focus on consistency rather than intensity, especially when restarting a workout routine. Gradually increasing workout duration and intensity can help prevent injury and burnout. Many individuals find success in incorporating low-impact exercises like walking or using the elliptical machine for initial workouts, which you touched upon with your 30-minute session. Establishing a workout schedule and holding yourself accountable can also foster a sense of commitment and progress. You may also consider seeking out fitness communities or support groups to stay motivated, share experiences, and inspire others. Remember, the journey to fitness is incremental, and celebrating small victories can enhance your overall motivation. Stick with it, and don't forget to listen to your body as you navigate this transformative period!
