This is the Day The Lord Has Made
You know what? This is the day the Lord has made!
Not tomorrow. Not yesterday. Today.
And if you opened your eyes this morning, that means God’s not done blessing you yet. 🙌
So let’s wake up with hearts full of gratitude — not for what we lost, but for what we still have.
For every breath, every sunrise, every second chance. 🌅💛
Today, we choose joy.
We choose peace.
We choose to see His goodness in every little thing.
Because no matter what comes our way — God is still good, and this day still belongs to Him.
So let’s rejoice and make it count! 💫

You know, for a long time, I used to think of 'He Has Risen' as something we only celebrated on Easter Sunday. But lately, I've been realizing it's so much more than just a holiday. It's a truth that can transform every single day of our lives. When I wake up and truly embrace the profound meaning of 'He Has Risen,' it changes how I view 'This is the day the Lord has made.' It’s not just a beautiful verse; it becomes a living promise. For me, understanding that 'He Has Risen' means that death and darkness don't get the final say. It means there's always hope for new beginnings, for overcoming challenges, and for experiencing God's incredible grace. If the ultimate victory has already been won, then what does that mean for our everyday struggles? It means we can face them with an unshakeable peace, knowing that God is still good, and He is always working things out for our good. It's about carrying that resurrection power, that sense of triumph and renewal, into our Mondays, Tuesdays, and every ordinary moment. When I choose to remember that 'He Has Risen,' it helps me to truly 'let us be glad and rejoice in it,' just like the Psalm says. It’s a conscious decision to see the blessings, even when things are tough. It's about recognizing that every breath is a gift, every sunrise a fresh start, and every challenge an opportunity for God to show up in a mighty way. I've found it helpful to start my day by acknowledging this truth. Instead of immediately dwelling on my to-do list or worries, I take a moment to breathe and whisper, 'Thank you, God, for this day. Thank you because You have risen, and because of that, I have hope.' This simple practice shifts my perspective. It helps me to be more present, to notice the small joys – a warm cup of coffee, a kind word from a stranger, the beauty of nature. Living with this 'He Has Risen' mindset also empowers me to choose joy and peace, even when circumstances try to steal them. It's not about ignoring pain or pretending everything is perfect. It's about remembering that there's a bigger picture, a divine purpose, and an eternal hope that transcends any temporary difficulty. It's about trusting that the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is at work in me, helping me to rise above my own challenges. So, yes, 'This is the day the Lord has made,' and because 'He Has Risen,' we have every reason to 'rejoice in it' and make it an extraordinary day, filled with gratitude and faith. Let’s make every moment count, knowing His love is endless and His mercies are new every morning. 💫
