How did you get through your Darkest moment?
The last 4 years of my life feel like an absolute blur, but not in a good way... it feels like I've been living in a constant depression bubble that I can't escape. The second I feel like I've got it all figured out something else earth-shattering in my life happens. In the past 4 years I have lost two people that were the closest thing I've had to parents, became a mother at 18, and suffered postpartum depression alone. I don't know that I've completely gotten through my darkest moment but I find myself slowly working on it.
In the year 2025 I decided to start focusing on myself and my sons well being and that's it. how about you? How did you get through your darkest moment?
