Things I want for my New Apartment
I am moving in exactly a week to my first big-girl apartment, meaning I didn't need a co-signer, and I won't be sharing with a roommate. 🙌
The process was so stressful because I am a full-time student, and I was not sure if they would take me without a co-signer, but everything worked out.
I can't wait to start decorating and have my own space. These are some of the items I have saved, but I need to see the apartment to see what the vibes will be. I will definitely post the progress once I move in.
Ps. the first picture is my current room, and it's my favorite so far because I love windows and natural light, and of course, I get to see the sunset from my bed every day.

Moving into your first apartment is a thrilling experience, especially when it represents independence and personal style. To enhance your new living space, consider incorporating a few key items that not only serve a functional purpose but also add character. Start with a unique area rug, like the VK·LIVING Machine Washable Rug, which effortlessly combines comfort and style. Rugs are essential for defining spaces and can add a pop of color or texture to any room. In addition to rugs, wall art can significantly influence your apartment's ambiance. Minimalist pieces, such as the CHENGU Metal Abstract Woman Line Drawing, can create a chic, modern look while showcasing your aesthetic preferences. Whether you put them in the living room, bedroom, or bathroom, art pieces can serve as conversation starters and personal expressions of taste. Furniture choices also play a pivotal role. A comfortable chair, like the Modern 360° Swivel Chair or a minimalist TV stand, can greatly improve the functionality of your space. While choosing furniture, consider versatile pieces that can adapt to your lifestyle needs, especially as a busy student balancing school and home life. Lastly, make sure to create a space that highlights what you love, like natural light and sunsets. Position your desk or reading chair near windows if possible, maximizing that cozy atmosphere. Remember, personal touches and thoughtful choices are what will make your new apartment feel like home!
