Protein Banana Bark
Had a craving for something sweet and savory and I saw some bananas on my table and decided I wanted to make a little treat.
The nice thing about this is there’s no baking required, just put some parchment paper down on a cookie sheet and after you assemble everything you’ll pop it in the fridge for 30-60 minutes
-Slice 3 bananas and lay them down on the parchment.
-6 tbsp of pb fit powder, 4.5 tbsp of your favorite milk and drizzle on the bananas
-I layered on top protein pretzels, the ones I used I got from Costco and they’re called “Kindling”
-Use your favorite wafer chocolate, I use Ghirardelli (white and milk chocolate). I add a little bit of coconut oil to make the chocolate easier to move around and not burn.
Then pop it in the freezer and break it with your hands. I put them in a ziplock and keep it in the freezer. #snackrecipes #nobakerecipes #healthysnacks #proteinrecipes
