BEST 20g OF PROTEIN YOU’LL EVER DRINK
Ever since I first made this drink I’ve been dying to post about it!! I’ve told just about everyone in my life about it bc it’s so good that I actually crave it😭
It’s only ✨two ingredients✨, super easy to make and SUPER tasty. And it tastes very similar to Starbies’ Pink Drink but has 🧚🏼♀️20 grams of PROTEIN🧚🏼♀️ I’m going to make a video soon!
What you’ll need:
——
💖 OATH Watermelon protein powder $34.99
💖 Olipop Cream Soda $2.49
Directions:
——
💖 add 6oz water & one scoop of OATH powder to a shaker cup
💖 shake until the mixture is completely smooth
💖 pour into a glass & top with olipop
* I don’t recommend using the whole soda, about half or 3/4 is a better ratio
Finding ways to make protein intake exciting is a game-changer, especially when you're tired of the same old thick shakes. That's exactly how I felt before I stumbled upon this incredible two-ingredient creation. It's become my go-to protein drink because it's not just packed with 20 grams of protein, but it’s also incredibly refreshing and feels like a treat, not a chore. Many of us are searching for a clear whey protein drink in glass experience – something light, fruity, and easy to sip, rather than a heavy meal replacement. While my recipe uses a flavored protein powder, the result is a beautiful pinkish beverage that truly hits that refreshing spot, much like a lighter whey protein shake in clear glass. The trick is in the mixer! Using something bubbly like an Olipop Cream Soda transforms the texture and flavor, making it feel less like a traditional shake and more like a sparkling soda. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned on my health journey is that consistency is key, and the easiest way to be consistent is to genuinely enjoy what you’re consuming. That’s why experimenting with your protein powder and various mixers is so important. Don't be afraid to step outside the box! Think beyond water or milk. Sugar-free sparkling waters, diet sodas, or even a splash of fruit juice (mindful of sugar content) can completely change the profile of your protein drink. For this recipe, the cream soda beverage is magic, but I’ve also tried it with grapefruit sparkling water for a zesty twist or a berry sparkling water for an extra fruity kick. For those who love the idea of a clear whey protein drink, there are specific clear whey isolates available. These typically mix into a translucent liquid, avoiding the milky texture of traditional whey protein shakes. If you’re using one of these, pair it with clear mixers like flavored seltzer, plain water with fruit infusions, or even a light iced tea. The goal is always to create a delicious protein drink that you look forward to. Beyond just drinks, getting enough protein throughout the day can be integrated in many ways. While this article focuses on a fantastic protein drink option, it’s worth remembering that protein comes in many forms. Whether you're looking for high protein snacks or trying to boost the protein content of your breakfast with something like protein pancakes, the principle is the same: find enjoyable ways to incorporate this essential macronutrient. Sometimes, a liquid protein supplement like this pinkish beverage is the easiest and most satisfying way to hit your daily goals, especially post-workout or as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. The key is balance and variety. Ultimately, don't be afraid to play around with ingredients. The best protein drink is the one you'll actually consume regularly. By embracing creativity with your protein powder and mixers, you can turn a necessary dietary component into a delightful part of your day. So grab your shaker, get creative, and enjoy your delicious, high-protein creation served beautifully in glass!
