Finally checked out Lotus of Siam - Flamingo Road and it totally lived up to the hype. The atmosphere was warm, lively, and perfect for a Vegas night out—super inviting but still felt a little upscale. I started with their fried chicken, and for my main, my boyfriend convinced me to the duck curry,and WOW. It’s a rich, creamy curry made with tender slices of duck, simmered in coconut milk with red curry paste, herbs, and spices, plus hints of sweetness from ingredients like pineapple and tomatoes. The balance of savory, sweet, and spicy was unreal. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re in Vegas!
