DAY 2: Matsuri 26 🍩🥊

❄️❤️‍🔥 Day 2: We got there much earlier this time and spent almost the whole day there from 10 AM to 1 AM. My boyfriend and I wore matching Demon Slayer couple shirts: he wore Akaza, and I wore Rengoku. After today I was broke! Bought souvenirs and ate 1 of everything.

We even got to watch the cosplay contest. It definitely has me wondering… should I cosplay next year? 👀 (not for a competition just for fun)

We tried Dragon Ball Bingo (didn’t win anything 😭) Ended the night at the Deity concert before heading to Club AM at midnight.

Attending Matsuri 26 for a full day was such an incredible experience that truly immersed me in anime and gaming culture. Wearing matching Demon Slayer shirts as a couple added a special touch and sparked many compliments and conversations with fellow fans. The energy around the cosplay contest was electrifying—even though I didn’t participate, it inspired me to consider trying cosplay next year just for fun. The event offered a great blend of activities, including Dragon Ball Bingo, which was challenging and exciting even though I didn’t win. It was a fun way to interact with other attendees who are passionate about the Dragon Ball series. The souvenir stalls were tempting—there’s nothing like bringing home exclusive merch that reminds you of the day. One highlight was the Deity concert, which energized the crowd and created an unforgettable atmosphere before we headed out to Club AM at midnight. The blend of anime themes, music, and socializing made for a perfect day and night. For anyone planning to attend a matsuri or anime festival, I recommend arriving early to make the most of all the diverse activities and don’t hesitate to dress up or join the festivities—it’s all about celebrating what you love in a welcoming community.
