Getting to ferry port from zona hotelera is about $10 Uber ride to puerto Juarez, once at the port you can buy your ticket Round Trip is about $30usd, it takes about 45 min ferry ride to get from one port to the other and the ferry’s leave every half hour from 0530 to 9pm.
