When Intuition Speaks Part 2

... Read moreIn my personal journey of learning to listen to my intuition, I've discovered that the body truly knows things before the mind can process them. Often, when faced with difficult decisions, trying to analyze every feeling only clouds the truth that my body is already telling me. For example, I've noticed moments of tightness or unease in my chest when something doesn't feel right, whereas a sense of ease and softness accompanies decisions that align with my true self. One practice that helped me tune into these subtle sensations is taking a quiet moment to breathe deeply and check in with my body before reacting or deciding. This moment of stillness uncovers insights that logic alone can't provide. The body remembers safety and truth, so when it softens, it’s a sign to trust that feeling. At times, I resisted these bodily signals because I sought proof or rational explanations, but I learned that the body doesn’t lie. Integrating this awareness has improved not only my decision-making but also emotional healing and self-trust. It connects me more deeply with my spiritual journey and practices like mindfulness and energy healing. Embracing the signals my body sends has been empowering—reminding me that intuition is a powerful guide accessible to everyone, without needing justification or overthinking. Trusting your body’s wisdom can lead to a more authentic, fulfilling path.
