So I have a question for my ladies a(PLEASE HELP)
So I have been trying really hard to lose weight. I’m about 200 pounds right now may be a little bit less. I really want to get to a healthy mindset and really start eating, healthy and eating right. It’s really hard to eat, right because my husband ( we just got married Aug 17 ) only likes certain foods which none of them are honestly healthy. I’m not trying to drag him under the bus but he is the main reason why it’s so hard to eat healthy. I really wanna get a gym membership but I’m 30 minutes away from town and my job is on the outskirts of town so I don’t have to really go into town for anything and that’s where a gym is so how should I talk to him about this? I’ve tried to talk to him a couple of different times but none of it really gets through his head. Also, I am going to add his dad, which is just like him had a heart attack about a month ago because of his eating habits and it really scared us. And ever since then it’s really been on my mind a lot more than normal please help
