Mid week update

It’s been a few days and while I know not to expect much I know if I keep pushing it’ll be worth it.

Ive been trying to eat better it’s been a lot of grilled chicken which my schools dining hall is good with and trying to incorporate more fruit and vegetables. I’m not big on a lot of veggies and most times it’s the one I don’t like I eat Thoes first to get it out of the way. Despite the duty’s of woman hood and aunt flows vist I’ve been indulging my my cravings but not too crazy.

I’ve been on a steady gym grind I’m doing some light lifting and a lot of cardio and a ton of abs workouts since that’s my main issue.

I’m trying my best and still learning how to achieve the goals I want. If anyone has any tips tricks suggestions please help a girl out.

Incorporating grilled chicken is an excellent source of lean protein, which supports muscle repair and satiety, complementing any fitness regimen focused on weight and strength goals. Adding more fruits and vegetables boosts essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber, even if certain veggies aren't favorites—starting with the least preferred can be a helpful strategy to increase intake without feeling overwhelmed. During periods, hormonal shifts can impact energy levels and appetite, often increasing cravings. Moderation is key; indulging cravings thoughtfully while maintaining overall nutrition can reduce feelings of deprivation and help adherence to goals. A consistent gym routine with light lifting, cardio, and focused abdominal workouts can enhance fat loss and core strength. Prioritizing both cardiovascular exercises and resistance training creates a balanced approach to shaping the body and improving endurance. For ongoing progress, consider the following tips: track your workouts and meals to identify what works best; vary your exercise routine to stay motivated; ensure adequate hydration and sleep for recovery; and seek support, whether through community, trainers, or online forums. Remember, gradual changes and persistence are vital—celebrate small wins and remain patient with your body’s transformation journey.
