Fresh Sweet & Spicy Mango Salsa

This easy mango salsa recipe has been one of my favorite quick summer meals lately 🥭🌮

It’s:

* fresh

* juicy

* sweet

* slightly spicy

* colorful

* and takes just minutes to make

The fresh mango with lime juice and cilantro tastes SO good with grilled fish or tacos.

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 ripe mango

• chopped red onion

• fresh cilantro

• lime juice

• jalapeño

• pinch of salt

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Dice the mango into small chunks.

2. Add chopped onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.

3. Squeeze fresh lime juice over everything.

4. Add a little salt.

5. Mix gently and let the salsa rest for a few minutes before serving.

I love serving this with:
