Kisaki and Justice

For those who've seen the art, you know it features a dark-skinned woman with glasses in a black turtleneck, facing off against a light-skinned man, also with glasses, in a sharp light suit and tie – undeniably Kisaki Tetta. The imagery of them reflected in a mirror, first intact and then cracked, really drives home the tension I wanted to portray. Tetta Kisaki is such a pivotal and frankly, terrifying, character in Tokyo Revengers. He's not just a brute; he's a mastermind, a brilliant tactician whose ambition knows no bounds. His calm, collected demeanor, often seen in his signature suit, hides a ruthless intelligence that manipulates events and people to his will. That's why I find him so compelling to explore in fan art – there's so much depth to his villainy. What makes him tick? What would it take to truly challenge him? That's where my OC, Justice, comes in. When I imagined her, I wanted someone who could directly confront Kisaki's calculating nature. She literally 'wants ALL the smoke' because she's not afraid to dig deep and expose the truth. With her own pair of glasses, suggesting intellect, and that determined look, she’s designed to be his intellectual equal, but with a moral compass pointing in the opposite direction. Is she a former ally turned foe, or a new force entirely? I leave that up to your interpretation, but her presence, especially how I've depicted her, is meant to unsettle Kisaki's carefully constructed world. The mirror symbolism in the art is crucial, too. The initial intact reflection could represent a moment of uneasy truce, or perhaps a shared but unspoken understanding of their roles in this complex world. They're reflections of each other in a way, both strategic, but for vastly different outcomes. Then, when the mirror cracks, especially around Justice's head, it symbolizes the breaking of illusions. Is Justice revealing a truth about Kisaki that shatters his façade? Or is her determination so strong that it literally causes a ripple in their shared reality? It could even suggest the mental toll of battling such a formidable opponent. What do you think the cracks mean for Kisaki's future or Justice's journey? I'm incredibly curious to hear your theories! How do you envision Justice's struggle against Kisaki Tetta playing out? Do you think she stands a chance against his schemes, or will she become another one of his pawns? What elements of their personalities do you think allow them to connect, even as adversaries? This dynamic between a powerful, manipulative antagonist like Kisaki and a strong, determined OC like Justice is what makes creating fan content so exciting. Let me know your thoughts and any other Tokyo Revengers character pairings you'd love to see explored!
