I love biscotti with my morning coffee, and I’ve been trying to find ways to use my sourdough starter so this seemed perfect! A few important things: • Toasted raw almonds for about 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Make sure they are unsalted!! • You can either use sourdough discard or active starter!
