Motivation App - 3/31/26
Watching how others talk has been a mind blowing experience. the most unregulated people I meet talk about other people more then they talk aboit ideas or plans or even themselves at times.
I've tried watching what I say more and it's been a lovely way to learn about myself.
In my journey using the motivation app, I realized that observing how people communicate reveals a lot about their mindset. Often, those who seem less thoughtful tend to focus their conversations on gossip rather than constructive ideas or self-reflection. This observation was eye-opening and challenged me to monitor my own speech habits carefully. I started practicing more mindful communication by shifting my focus from talking about others to sharing ideas and personal goals. Over time, this habit not only improved my conversations but also deepened my self-understanding. Paulo Coelho’s insight that "Stress, anxiety and depression are caused when we are living to please others" resonated deeply with me. It reminded me that focusing on external approval or engaging in negative talk can drain motivation and well-being. By using the motivation app as a tool to track these changes, I became more intentional about the words I choose and the thoughts I nurture. This approach has been beneficial for reducing distractions, lowering stress, and fostering a positive mindset. If you're motivated to improve your communication and self-awareness, start by observing your daily conversations and gradually shift toward discussions that inspire you and connect to your personal ambitions. Over time, this practice can cultivate greater confidence, clarity, and inner peace.
