If you have a sweet tooth like me but want better options, this haul is for you! I grabbed some of my go-to treats (and some new finds) to help satisfy cravings without going overboard. Everything here is Weight Watchers-friendly, and most of it can be found at Walmart, Target, Publix, etc.—I just happened to pick these up at Food City! Let’s get into it:
🍬 Zero Sugar Jolly Ranchers – 4 pieces = 2 WW points
Calories: 35 | Carbs: 14g | Sugar Alcohols: 13g
I used to go crazy with candy, so I love having alternatives that aren’t as bad! Jolly Ranchers are one of my favorites, and these sugar-free ones still hit the spot.
🍪 Goldfish – Sweet Flavors
Vanilla Cupcake – 35 pieces = 6 WW points
Calories: 140 | Carbs: 21g | Sugar: 9g | Protein: 2g
Smores – 52 pieces = 6 WW points
Calories: 140 | Carbs: 22g | Sugar: 9g | Protein: 2g
These are PERFECT for nighttime cravings! I’ve had the Vanilla Cupcake ones before (so good), but I’m excited to try the Smores flavor. Other flavors on the shelf: Cinnamon Roll & Strawberry Shortcake.
🍿 Skinny Pop Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn – 2 ½ cups = 5 WW points
Calories: 140 | Carbs: 21g | Sugar: 9g | Protein: 1g
I’ve raved about this before because it’s THAT good. You get so much for so few points! Plus, it’s non-GMO, gluten-free, and has no artificial ingredients. White Cheddar is also solid, but Sweet & Salty is my fave.
🍓 Trüfrü Hyper-Dried Strawberries in White & Dark Chocolate - 1/4 bag = 9 WW points
Calories: 180 (for about 30g) | Carbs: 21g | Sugar: 19g | Protein: 2g
These aren’t the lowest in points, but I love their frozen fruit, so I had to try these! A bit pricey, but hoping they’re worth it.
🍦 Crav’n Ice Cream Sandwiches (0g Added Sugar!) – 1 sandwich = 3 WW points
Calories: 120 | Carbs: 22g | Sugar: 6g | Protein: 3g
I love Yasso bars, but I haven’t been able to find their ice cream sandwiches anywhere, so I’ve been craving one. These are a great swap, and they taste just like regular ice cream sandwiches! I think I’ll alternate between these and Yasso’s Fudge Brownie bars for dessert.
UPDATE: Unfortunately they don't hold up as well as regular ice cream and it started to make me feel sick eating them after a while. :(
🥣 Honey Nut Cheerios – 1 cup = 6 WW points
Calories: 140 | Carbs: 30g | Sugar: 12g | Protein: 3g
A childhood classic. Sometimes you just need something simple for late-night cravings, and this does the job. Bonus: It can help lower cholesterol with a healthy diet. 😏 A higher-protein alternative would be Catalina Crunch!
🍞 Sara Lee Delightful Soft & Smooth Wheat Bread (45 Calories) – 2 slices = 2 WW points
Calories: 90 (for 2 slices) | Carbs: 19g | Sugar: 2g | Protein: 5g
I usually get the 35-calorie white bread, but they were out. I’m not a big wheat bread person, but this comes highly recommended—fingers crossed it’s good!
🍓 Smucker’s Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam – 1 tbsp = 1 WW point
Calories: 10 | Carbs: 5g | Sugar Alcohols: 3g
This could go either way… some sugar-free stuff is great, some not so much (looking at you, light sour cream). Hoping this is a win!
🍅 Heinz No Sugar Added Ketchup – 0 WW points
Calories: 10 (per 1 tbsp) | Carbs: 2g | Sugar: 1g
I am a ketchup girlie through and through, but regular ketchup racks up points FAST. This one is sweetened with plants and has ZERO points, so I had to try it. Hoping it still tastes good!
