🍳 EASY & DELICIOUS BREAKFAST BITES 💛
These little bites are saving my mornings — simple, satisfying, WW-friendly, and totally meal prep approved 🙌
I used ingredients I already had at home and they came out SO good!

🛒 WHAT YOU NEED:
• 4-6 large eggs 🥚
• 1½ cups frozen hashbrowns
• ½ cup shredded cheese 🧀
• Garlic powder, salt & pepper
• Non-stick spray of choice
• Optional: broccoli, jalapeños, turkey bacon, etc.
🔪 HOW TO MAKE:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. Season hashbrowns with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
3. Lightly crisp them in a skillet (a few mins!)
4. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray
5. Add a spoonful of crisped hashbrowns to each muffin cup
6. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the hashbrowns
7. In a bowl, whisk eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper
8. Pour egg mixture over each muffin cup
9. Bake for 20 mins until set
10. Let cool & store in the fridge for easy grab- and-go!
👉 You can also mix the cheese into the eggs if you prefer!
🍽 HOW I EAT THEM:
• 2–3 in the morning with fruit 🍎
• Reheat in the microwave (30–45 seconds)
• Only 1–2 WW points each depending on what you use!
