Here is my meal prep for the week!

I made chicken alfredo with green beans and roasted sweet potato’s. Here’s how I did it:

Chicken- season, sear it, put it in the oven for about 25~30 minutes.

Sweet potato’s- dice, season, bake for about 20 minutes

Green beans- open the can

What is your meal prep this week? Would you try this?

I’ve recently loved meal prepping. It’s so easy and helps me build muscle, save time throughout the week, and eat good. 10/10 would recommend☺️

This technique not only saves time but also helps in portion control, making it easier to stick to your health goals. When planning your meals, consider the balance of macronutrients. Incorporating protein, healthy fats, and fiber-rich carbohydrates can lead to a well-rounded diet. For example, chicken alfredo pairs well with various vegetables and complex carbs like quinoa or brown rice. Don't hesitate to explore different flavor profiles by experimenting with spices and herbs to elevate your dishes. Meal prep also allows for batch cooking, which minimizes waste and maximizes efficiency in your kitchen. For storage, use airtight containers to maintain freshness and make reheating a breeze. Having prepped meals ready to go can significantly reduce the temptation to resort to takeout, which is often less healthy. Lastly, share your meal prep experiences with friends and gain inspiration from their ideas. Engaging in a community around meal prepping can keep you motivated and introduce you to new recipes and techniques that enhance your cooking skills.
