Just an author mom getting it done
Starting from a blank page is never easy. Even if the story is clear in my head the blank page freaks me out a bit.
I like to set the scene with some Lo-fi or Studio Ghibli music, go through my Pinterest boards, and then tackle the words.
It’s not easy, especially when staying up is a struggle. Juggling a full time job, a toddler, and an author business is overwhelming but here we are. I’m happy to just have some words on the page even if it is only the first lines.
Are there any other author mommas getting it done? Advice welcome! ❤️🙏
