「Cafe&Restaurant EGAO（カフェ＆レストラン エガオ）」は、鎌倉の篠田邸に入っていく“特別感”がまず最高でした。門をくぐって緑の中を進むと、ウッドデッキの入口が見えてきて、ここからもう写真を撮りたくなる雰囲気。建物の木の温もりとお庭の空気が気持ちよくて、静かに過ごしたい日にぴったりの邸宅カフェでした。 私が行った日は、お目当てのダッチベイビーを注文。オーブンでじっくり焼き上げた生地が熱々のまま出てきて、香ばしさとふわっと感がたまりません。クリームチーズ×ブルーベリーにハニーレモンシロップが合わさると、甘いのに重すぎず、最後まで飽きずに食べられました。メニューにはチョコバナナアーモンド（バニラアイスのせ）みたいな組み合わせも見かけたので、次はそっちも試したい…！土日限定・限定10食など日によって条件があることもあるので、行く前にSNSで提供状況をチェックしておくのが安心です。 ドリンクは自家製レモンスカッシュが爽やかで、甘いダッチベイビーとの相性がかなり良かったです。氷が溶けても味がぼやけにくくて、歩き疲れた鎌倉散歩の休憩にちょうどいい感じ。店内は席数が多すぎない分、落ち着いて過ごせました。ひとりでも居心地がよく、友人を連れてきたら絶対喜ばれるタイプのお店だと思います。 「cafe&restaurant egao レビュー」や「cafe&restaurant egao 写真」を探している人向けに、個人的な撮影メモも。おすすめは①入口のアプローチ（緑と建物のコントラスト）②ウッドデッキ越しの店内③お庭を背景にテーブルを入れて撮る、の3つ。料理は、焼きたての湯気が立つタイミングがいちばん美味しそうに写りました。 あと、検索で間違えやすいのが「えがお 美容室 評判」など別ジャンルの“えがお”情報。ここは鎌倉・由比ガ浜エリアの「カフェ＆レストラン EGAO」なので、調べるときは「egao 鎌倉」「鎌倉 篠田邸 カフェ」あたりで探すとスムーズです。 アクセスは和田塚駅から徒歩約5分、由比ヶ浜駅から徒歩約7分、鎌倉駅からは徒歩約15分。駐車場はないので近隣コインパーキング利用が前提ですが、目の前にあるのは助かりました。週末は特に、早めの時間に動くと安心です。
