It feels like just yesterday I was holding a tiny baby, and now my incredible son, Nick Wilkins, is officially 20 years old! Time truly flies when you're watching your children grow into amazing young adults. We decided to make his 20th birthday extra special this year with a family trip, and what better place than the beautiful, clear blue ocean waters of the Dominican Republic? Seeing our family of four – my husband, our baby in a life vest, Nick, and I – all together on that beach, with the vibrant Dominican Republic flag fluttering proudly in the breeze, was a moment I’ll cherish forever.
