WFP Shop VIP Member Program Terms and Conditions

Access, registration, or purchase of a WFP Shop VIP ("Program") member will assume that you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Your participation must comply with (i) the WFP Terms of Service, (ii) the Terms of Use and Sale of the WFP Shop (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore), (iii) the Guidelines for the Community, (iv) the WFP Privacy Policy, and (v) the Additional Terms (as described in Part 2), other Terms, Policies, or Rules. Which is relevant? In the event of a conflict, these requirements apply for only one purpose of the program.

Additional terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, the purchase price of the program, the value and number of coupons issued, the maximum total value of the coupons available under each subscriber, the validity period of the coupons, and the terms of use of the coupons) shall be notified to you in advance through the corresponding user interface, and in part, and complement these terms related to the program.

WFP reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time. We will make a reasonable commercial effort to inform you generally about any significant changes to these terms, such as through a notification on the WFP Shop. We will also update the "Last Update" date at the top of these terms, which represents the date on which these terms take effect. However, you have the sole responsibility to study them regularly whether they have changed or not.

This program allows eligible users to purchase or register a multi-day membership ("membership") for a specified period of time on the user interface at the time of purchase or registration. This allows access to special benefits, including: (i) shipping coupons and (ii) merchandise coupons. This may include general merchandise coupons, bonus cashback coupons, Xtra Coupons, live value coupons and joint venture coupons. Some coupons may redeem limited prizes, as specified in the Tikup Shop Coupon Terms and Conditions. Coupons are issued with the expiration date shown in the user interface and expire upon the expiration date. That shows or dates the membership expires either first.

The provider of this program is the WFP organization, which provides the platform as defined in the terms of use and sale of the Tikal Shop (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore) ("Tikis / Us / Ours").

This program is designed for users who (i) are at least 18 years old; (ii) reside in the jurisdiction where this program proposal is available; and (iii) have a functional TikTok account.

The program will remain valid for as long as the membership options remain displayed on the Tikis Shop. Tikis reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, by legal notice to you, through any application or channel of communication as appropriate. "

This program will run on a one-time subscription basis. At the expiration of membership, the user must renew the subscriber in order to access the benefit. The subscriber may renew the subscriber only when or after the expiration of the current subscriber period. In any case, the expiration of the subscription will automatically invalidate the unused coupon received under that coupon. Regardless of the expiration date specified on such coupon, to avoid doubt, the renewal or reactivation of the membership after the expiration of the previous subscriber period will not cause the reinstatement, reconfirmation or restoration of the unused coupon issued under the expired subscriber. All coupons received through the program cannot be transferred or refunded and are valid only on the TikShop. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other compensation and cannot be sold, combined or exchanged. All coupons issued under the membership rules are subject to control and meet the TikShop coupon terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time.

Any form of improper use of this program, including attempting to redeem coupons for cash, sharing access, or using any automated tool, may cause disqualification, revocation of access, or be processed by the WFP.

The WFP may verify the user's rights and contributions at any time; if the user fails to comply with the requirements or is found to be in violation of these requirements, the WFP may (i) revoke access to the program; (ii) deny benefits; (iii) cancel an order; (iv) deduct the applicable legal amount; or (v) take any other action authorized under the WFP policy.

We may revoke any participation or interaction created through a script, macro, automated tool, or any other mechanism that changes the program implementation. Do not perform activities that use unauthorized methods.

WFP reserves the right to suspend, modify or cancel the program, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations in which the WFP reasonably considers it unable to execute the program; in such cases, the WFP may take any measures it deems fair and appropriate.

Any user whom the WFP deems to be engaging in or attempting to participate in the program in a manner contrary to these terms or harmful to other users (including, but not limited to, managing the execution of the program, cheating, hacking, deception, or engaging in vulgar, bitter, or threatening behavior, other users or WFP personnel) may be disqualified; if such operation materially affects the integrity of the program, the WFP may exercise its sole discretion to take any remedial action it deems necessary.

These terms are subject to the "laws governing and jurisdictional" chapter specified in the terms of use and sale of the WFP Shop (Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore).
