Being attacked and provoked for 💵 while 🎥
The title screams it all/ so why Dante blaze heartbreak UNi. Ironically I don’t even resonate with that title anymore. So you can only see or describe sense my real level of letting go. That goes for ex lovers ,family I thought I had for decades and friends who were better off not even remembering their name. But hey continue to go off weird-flexes
Experiencing attacks and provocations, especially when captured on video, can be deeply unsettling and emotionally draining. From my own journey, I’ve found that the key to regaining peace often lies in recognizing the moment where holding on stops serving you and truly embracing the process of letting go. It's not just about distancing yourself from ex-lovers or estranged family members but also about understanding that not all relationships, even those lasting decades, hold positive meaning or value anymore. Sometimes, the best decision for mental health is accepting that some people, no matter how close once, belong in your past—not your present. Social media and modern communication can amplify 'weird-flexes'—those moments where others try to provoke or showcase something just to unsettle you. My advice in these scenarios is to avoid responding emotionally; instead, focus on your own narrative and growth. Documenting or filming these provocations might feel invasive or aggressive but can also serve as a tool to understand and process the encounter after the fact. Self-care routines have also been pivotal for me—things like engaging with music that soothes and inspires, applying body lotions or serums that create moments of calm, or simply reminding myself of personal beauty and strength beyond external conflicts. These small rituals can anchor you in your own reality, helping rebuild confidence and emotional resilience. Ultimately, moving on involves forgiveness, not necessarily of others but more importantly, of yourself for allowing hurt to permeate your life. This personal growth journey is unique for everyone, but sharing experiences and insights can foster connection and healing within a community. “Letting go” is not forgetting but finding peace amidst the chaos and choosing your own pleasure and wellbeing over conflict.
