Overall, welfare is considered okay.
But the system at work is not very good and the politics at work are a little too much. Are we going to keep going or just enough?

จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วย R&D งานที่ทำส่วนใหญ่เป็นการสนับสนุนพี่ๆ ในทีมเพื่อให้การทดลองและพัฒนาสูตรสำเร็จลุล่วงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว บางครั้งได้มีโอกาสสร้างสรรค์สูตรใหม่ๆ ด้วยตัวเอง ซึ่งถือเป็นจุดที่น่าตื่นเต้นสำหรับคนที่ชอบความท้าทายและอยากพัฒนาตัวเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง เรื่องเวลาทำงานคือเข้า 9 โมงเช้าเลิก 18:30 น. ซึ่งถือว่าโอเค แต่ไม่มีโอที หรือโบนัสเพิ่มเติม ถ้าทำงานล่วงเวลานั้นถือว่า“ฟรี” สำหรับบางคนอาจไม่เหมาะถ้าต้องการรายได้เพิ่ม แต่สวัสดิการอื่นๆ เช่น ห้องพักพร้อม Wifi รถรับส่งระหว่างที่พักและที่ทำงาน อาหาร 3 มื้อ และตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับจากกรุงเทพ ถือว่าคุ้มมาก รวมถึงการลาพักร้อนยาวๆ 30 วันขึ้นไป และลาป่วยได้ 30 วัน แม้ว่าต้องสำรองจ่ายก่อนแล้วเบิกคืนทีหลัง สิ่งที่ผมพบคือระบบภายในบริษัทยังไม่ค่อยเข้มแข็ง รวมถึงมีการเมืองในที่ทำงานเยอะ ทำให้บางครั้งการทำงานรู้สึกติดขัดและเครียด ถ้าคุณเน้นความมั่นคงและบรรยากาศที่ดี อาจต้องพิจารณาให้ดี แต่ถ้าชอบเรียนรู้เทคนิคการทำงานใน R&D และยอมรับความท้าทายเหล่านี้ได้ อาชีพนี้ก็ถือว่ามีข้อดีเยอะ สำหรับคนที่สนใจเส้นทางนี้ แนะนำให้ใช้โอกาสที่ได้ลองคิดสูตรและพัฒนาผลงานร่วมกับทีมให้เต็มที่ เพราะนี่คือโอกาสที่ช่วยสร้างผลงานจริงและเสริมประสบการณ์ในสายงานวิจัยและพัฒนาได้อย่างดี
